In March 2025, a beautiful group gathered with me in Mountain View for a heartfelt exploration of how Power and Empathy live inside our work and our relationships.
What unfolded that day was more than an event.
It was a circle of reflection, courage, and honest human connection — the kind of space where people breathe a little deeper and begin to see their inner power with new eyes.

We explored the invisible threads of power that shape every interaction — the ones we often feel but don’t always know how to name.
So many participants arrived carrying stories of feeling too small, too responsible, too cautious, or too overwhelmed.
And slowly, gently, we made room for something new:
We talked about how Empathy doesn’t diminish Power, it refines it.
How using our voice doesn’t have to mean overpowering someone.
And how collaboration becomes richer when everyone remains whole.
The conversations were honest, vulnerable, and deeply human.
People laughed. Some cried. Everyone walked away changed — including me.
A cozy sanctuary where curiosity, connection, and tenderness filled the room.
Although the event has passed, I’ve chosen to keep this page alive.
Not as an announcement — but as a living testament of what’s possible when people gather with openness, courage, and curiosity.
This work isn’t theoretical. It’s lived. It’s practiced. And it has a real, tangible impact on leadership, teamwork, relationships, and inner confidence.
Keeping this here serves as a window into the kind of depth, care, and transformation I bring to every circle, workshop, and program.
